TomTom has announced the creation of updated road map TomTom HD Traffic

TomTom Company has presented updated road service. Unlike the previous version of TomTom HD Traffic version 6.0 are characterized by 76 million of actual data sources, so it informs about congestion in 5 times more accurately.

TomTom maps contain real-time data sent from millions of drivers who pass on various roads. Moreover, the maps are based on the information that users send anonymously. Thus, TomTom collects and delivers the latest information on road works, traffic accidents and congestion.

Updated road maps TomTom HD Traffic is available for those who have a connection to the Live services and applications of the TomTom devices. We know that these maps are widely used in business and government services. But in Russia, this service is not available yet.
