A national world geographic map by Esri is available

The cooperation between Esri Corporation and National Geographic resulted in the creation of a national world geographic map which unites the political map of the national Geographic Society with the cartographic design and typographic style.

National Geographic World Map is designed mainly for those who would like to work with a very detailed plan and a vivid picture. This map is freely available in the gallery of basic maps in the ArcGIS Online system.

What makes this map so unique? Firstly, this Internet-map was created using the latest GIS technologies, but at the same time it does not break any traditional canons. It meets all the requirements of GIS developers as well as mobile users.

National Geographic World Map will be included into the ESRI collection and it will assist in implementing any ideas. The access to all the basic Esri maps will be free.
