Popular application Yandex.Maps expands its capabilities and offers users a new function to track the situation on the road in 15, 30, 45 minutes and an hour. Anyone who will use the service, can study the map, plan routes, see the situation on the road at the moment, and learn whether the congestion will disappear in the next hour. According to the company, new features will make it possible to plan the time much effectivelyand decide to go the other way or to leave an hour later.

Experts note that the forecast is based on available statistical data with respect to the current situation on the road. Of course, a 100% guarantee can’t be given, but it allows you to track and calculate the potential cork time after which the jam will disappear. Experts say that Yandex application has a large database of statistics and provides high accuracy of prediction. At the moment the application is activated when you open a map of Moscow, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Istanbul and Kiev.
